Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Used CD’s & records will not be refunded, Please check before buying.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Purchase terms & conditions

  • All sales are final, we will NOT accept returns for mistaken choices, so, please be sure that you want the items in your cart.
  • We do not guarantee perfect condition covers, these records are not manufactured locally, they suffer a great deal of shipping/inspection abuse from airport & shipping companies. So, expect minor dents, but you shouldn’t expect unplayable records.
  • We do not accept returns for opened records, UNLESS it has a factory fault, then we will inspect it in our “audiophile grade” turntable, we will refund if it’s faulty, but we will NOT refund if it works fine with us. If this happens, it’s most likely that your turntable is not of a good quality.
  • Bad record handling WILL result in damage, so, we will NOT accept returns on records with abuse signs.
  • We will no entertain any claims from cheap* turntables’ owners, those device WILL skip, play off speed and damage your records. Any turntables with ceramic cartridges (red needle) is included.
    By cheap* we mean: without counterweight, no anti-skating, ceramic cartridge, plastic platter etc.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account or by cash, within a few days days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {bldg 5018, road 921, block 809, Isa Town, Bahrain}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
